Medicaid Transportation Program

The Transportation Program provides safe and efficient transportation to Andrews Center appointments, other medical appointments, lab, and pharmacy trips.

 

Who May Use the Medicaid Transportation Program?

You must be an Andrews Center consumer with Medicaid. You must live in our 5-county area. Also, transportation is only available within the 5-county area. Transportation is available for dental appointments for children under the age of 18.   

 

When is the Medicaid Transportation Program Available?

Transportation is provided for appointments between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. in each of the following counties:

 

 

How Do I Schedule Transportation if I need it?

To schedule transportation call 800.374.7340

Voice Mail Box 366 and leave the following information:

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Pick up address & phone number
• Destination (name, address, phone #)
• Date and time of appointment
• Reason for appointment
