If it is believed the rights of an individual have been violated, if a complaint exists against Andrews Center Behavioral Healthcare System, or there is a wish to appeal denial, termination or reduction of services from Andrews Center a complaint may be registered with Andrews Center Administration by writing or calling:

MEDICAID-Funded Mental Health and Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services FAIR HEARINGS

If Medicaid benefits are currently being received and:

A request for mental health, or intellectual and developmental disability case management, or mental health rehabilitative services has been denied by Andrews Center; or services from Andrews Center have been terminated or reduced, the denied person or person receiving said services has a right to a fair hearing.

If services are Denied, Terminated, or Reduced the individual will receive a notice that includes both information about the fair hearing process, as well as a form that can be completed and sent by mail in order to claim the right to a Fair Hearing.

Andrews Center continually strives to meet the behavioral healthcare needs of the residents of our five-county service area. Informing stakeholders of the Center’s plans and asking for input into those plans is one of the ways local community needs are addressed. The links below will provide the most current version of Andrews Center’s local plan and the Provider Network Development plan that was developed to address the Center’s 2019 and 2020 fiscal years.
