Do you need help with a youth who is having trouble coping with life?
The Andrews Center provides Services to At-risk Youth through the Networks/STAR program. There is no charge for these services. The services include skills training, counseling and case management for youth and their families. The primary goal of Networks/STAR is to preserve and support the family unit by reducing family conflict and preventing the occurrence of runaway, truancy and delinquent behaviors. Networks/STAR offers in-home, family preservation services. Youth may also receive brief crisis housing services. Caseworkers serve families living in Smith, Henderson, Van Zandt, Wood and Kaufman Counties.
Who Do We Serve?
Any child is eligible between the ages of 0 to 17 if they

Anyone may make a referral for services and a child can call and refer him/herself. Brief crisis residential services are not available to children under 10.
