Case Management and Rehabilitation Training
Does your life feel like a puzzle with pieces missing? We can help. Case Managers and Rehabilitation Trainers can help people with a mental illness get their lives put together by linking them with needed resources as well as providing important training. We understand that people who have a mental illness may find it hard to control the everyday problems of life. Sometimes it is hard to express yourself. It is easy to become overly concerned about everything, or just not care about any thing at all. These are symptoms of an illness not personality traits.
We can help make life become less frantic, confused and confining. We teach skills that can improve how a person thinks, expresses himself and behaves.
Learn how illness affects lifestyle. Learn how to take medication properly. Learn how medication helps you. Learn more about the person you are and how to make your life better. By learning about mental illness and how to identify and cope with symptoms, life can become more enjoyable and rewarding, and fulfilling dreams becomes possible.
