What is an Intervention Specialist?

 

An Intervention Specialist is a trained professional who will design and direct the intervention process. The Specialist will:

• Interview family, friends, and other concerned parties
• Select and train the intervention team
• Make advance arrangements for treatment
• Conduct the intervention with the chemically dependant individual present
