Andrews Diversified Industries (A.D.I.) gives local companies a chance to have their work and service needs met by an effective work force of persons with disabilities. It‘s a “win-win” situation as the companies save money on insurance and material handling, while creating steady jobs for a capable, but often overlooked group of people. ADI works together with these companies to build good working relationships which allow us to hire an effective, dependable workforce.

 

 

 

A.D.I. provides people with disabilities valuable skills training, manufacturing experience and for some, the chance to work on a mobile work crew. Through training and paid work each employee becomes more independent.
